Steve Hatfield

Steve is a former Partner at EY and Andersen, having over three decades of leadership experience providing accounting, auditing and business advisory services to industry leading public and private companies. Steve also led industry teams and national office quality improvement functions.

As an industry team leader, Steve was responsible for establishing go-to market strategies, developing marketing programs and events, establishing and managing financial operating plans and overseeing the business development, client service and human resource activities of the group while also delivering services to his clients. Steve’s clients were largely comprised of public and private companies in the application software, hardware, life sciences and medical device industries ranging from pre-revenue early stage to large complex multi-national companies. Steve is well-versed with financial reporting matters, debt and equity fund raising transactions including initial public offerings, business combination/sale transactions, corporate governance and business process and control related matters.

This combination of extensive operating and industry experience as well as his interactions with audit committees, senior level management and outside advisors on mission critical matters is the foundation for Steve’s performance as an independent advisory board member.

Steve is a graduate of Boston College (B.S. in Finance) and Babson College (M.B.A.). He currently serves as the Chairman of the Standing Committee at St. Aidan’s Chapel in South Dartmouth, MA.

Steve lives in Hingham, MA and his personal interests include family, friends, and numerous outdoor related activities.
